At LiftKings, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your order, we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible.
Return Period
You can return items within 30 days from the day you receive your delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

Items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items Excluded from Return
We are unable to accept returns for:

Personalised or custom-made products

Final clearance or marked-down stock
How to Start a Return

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you're based in the EU, you’re entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, under the Consumer Rights Directive. You will be refunded in full, including standard shipping (if applicable), once the items are returned.
Refund Procedure
After receiving and inspecting the return:

This may take up to 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Note: Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We will only offer replacements for items damaged or found to be defective. Contact us for assistance with exchanges.
Reporting Damages
Damaged or defective goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, along with photographic evidence and order number.
